[hey sorry i have been very unactive, but ill try my hardest to be on more offten.]
Sweat creased the young mans forehead and all over his musculer body. He layed back on his bench and wrapped his fingers around the metal. He shut his eyes and let out a long breathe and then he opened and pushed up. He felt his arms straining. It had been months since he last excersized. He had moived away for a long time since there was a lot of shit going on in his life. So he went to live in a far away place with his friends. So he was a little out of shape. He was at this for a few hours and then he sat up. He looked around. His eyes stopped apon the front door. Would he see someone he knew. He had texted all his good friends he had returned. He wondered how they all were and if they still at least sorta remember him. He sighed and then stoop up and went of to the treadmills. He was on them for ages aswell.

Sammay walked into the school after a stupid text from someone saying 'Just come to the school I have returned'. At first, Sammay thought it was like her own personal stalker or something. But then she realized the number was Nathan! Her bestest buddie!!! She ran through the school just screaming his name.
She stopped at the weight lifting room and peered through the windows. A man was in there just staring at the window. Sammay's face appeared with this huge face as she opened the door. "NATHAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She scream with a tint of laughter in it. She ran into the room and just fell to the ground laughing. She tumbled over to where he was sitting."So Mr. Buff. When did this decide to happend? AND WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!?!?!?!" She said.

Nathan was in a deep daze. He stared out the window, watching the world go by. He started to remember the day were he ran away. He didnt say good bye to anyone one. He had bought a plane ticket and called up a friend to ask for somewhere to live and chill out. He was now sitting down on one of the benchs with a towel over his shoulder and he was propped up by his arms. He jumped and was brought out from his thoughts by the door slamming open and shut. Then following was Sammies loud and laughter filled voice. He looked over and smiled widely. He sprang up and then he rolled his eyes at her. He said "Hey Sammie-baby. Oh I have been like this for ages. Well I have been in Hawaii with my friends. Sorry I did not say good bye," he grabbed the towel and whipped it over his face. Then he threw it aside.
